So I am now selling paper minis at Paizo.com! They've been pretty well received so far with some favorable reviews - you can pick up the set for only 1.99!

That being said, I have been asked about doing custom paper minis on commission to go with the set, for people who want their characters in an art style that matches the rest of the set. So I decided to draft up some prices and such!
One paper mini - $10
For 10 bucks, I'll make you a custom paper mini, just like the ones I sell in the set - digitally inked and flat-colored. You'll receive an image file of the original artwork, and the scaled-down version that's used to make the paper mini itself. (The base and everything will be included in this file - it will be ready to print out and assemble, like the other paper minis are.)
Additional paper minis - $8 each
If you commission a bunch of paper minis at once, each additional mini after the first will run you an extra 8 dollars.
Paper mini to be used in a set - $7
This one is an interesting option! This is just like the paper mini commission above, but it is cheaper - the reason being if you choose this option, I create your mini for you, but you also give me the right to include the finished paper mini in one of the future sets I will be selling. The mini will be colored alternately in the sold set - the mini that is sent to you as part of a commission will be uniquely colored. You will, of course, retain the copyright to your character's design, and no other information about your character will be included in the set. You will be credited for the design at the end of the paper mini document in which it is sold. If your character design is too outlandish to be used in a set of generic fantasy characters (like being a nonstandard race, being half-dragon or something similar, or not being appropriate to a fantasy setting - like wearing modern or futuristic clothes), then I will not accept it under this deal (though I will still do it for the standard pricing above!).
If you're uncomfortable with someone else profiting off of your character design, it's quite understandable! There's still the option above.
In any of these cases, you'll pay half of the money upfront after I accept the commission. I'll make sketches according to your specifications (the character's appearance, pose, and the personality they convey, etc.). After I send these sketches to you, you point out what corrections need to be made, and I will follow them to the best of my ability. Once the sketch is satisfactory, I will ink it and color it according to your directions, and run the final product past you for corrections (this version will be watermarked). Once the end product is satisfactory, I will send you the unmarked final product once the second half of the payment is paid. If, at any point, you decide that you will not be satisfied, or you otherwise decide to terminate the commission before the product is done, you will not be obligated to pay the second half. I also reserve the right to terminate the commission this way after a draft has been sent, but I will probably re-do a sketch from scratch several times before I consider it - this is mostly just a heads-up to prevent someone from trying to get a bunch of sketches for cheap by asking for "revisions".
Payment will be accepted via PayPal - you can contact me through DA notes or send me an e-mail at MatrixxH(at)gmail(dot)com.
I don't know how many people would actually commission me, but hey, at least one person asked, so I might as well make the option available!
